Working principles

From the beginning onwards contractual certainty on procedures and charges

For each of our service packages a timeframe and a base fee according to the expected workload is agreed on
For all steps a time frame is set according to the expected workload
Accountable and provable costs (e.g. lawyer’s charges, transportation costs, official charges, etc.) will be charged according to the actual amount
Non-accountable charges are covered by the base fee
Monthly accounting and settlement of accounts

Working guidelines

All steps are taken in accordance with the client
Always submittal of alternatives to the client
All relevant written documents will be translated thoroughly
– if necessary, by a certified translator
Throughout all meetings, translation services are provided unless your Slovak interlocutor speaks English
You will be accompanied to all meetings with Slovak partners or official agencies (if your presence is required)
Personal care throughout your visits to Slovakia (Hotel recommendation and reservation, practical hints throughout your visit, etc…)
All steps will be explained thoroughly in relation with Slovak peculiarities
Company address will be provided for during establishment
Functioning postal address with instant communication on received information
